Our Responses: With several successful projects now completed our team has conducted initial diagnostics to size the opportunity, and worked with leadership teams to redesign their organisation. Not just the structure but all elements including operating model, leadership, culture and governance. When the new design is implemented we see a significant shift in the level of performance – a Technology based global technical services business seeing $60m EBIT impact and a step up in customer experience and culture, a global software business seeing a rapid jump in the rate at which new software could be deployed globally into products, or a Product Management group at a major Telco realising a $55m NPV business case through new revenues.
